the state or fact of subsisting.
the state or fact of existing.
the providing of sustenance or support.
means of supporting life; a living or livelihood.
the source from which food and other items necessary to exist are obtained.
i rather use the term prime-sistence...as in the premium-best way of living...
i thought it would be helpful to isolate the link references for the various healthy lifestyle eating plans that i have come across in my years of researching. these sites emphasize what is nutritionally & scientifically healthy/compatible for the human physiology.
it is a consensus!!!
living off the natural-organic land (not manufactured-processed with chemicals/toxins) is the best source for the greatest level of nutritional compatibility for the human physiology that is possible.
therefore, people who still eat traditional diets (most void of industrial toxins/food processing) are eating the best diet. it follows then that people who are able to still live traditionally are living the best quality lives as far as physical and mental health is concerned. with that, people who live in commercialized industrialized environments-akin to over developed toxic wastelands, are most likely living the worst lives possible, as far as physical and mental health is concerned.
i'v viewed many websites with various views on how industrialized folk (people adversely contaminated by industrialized products) may regain their control over their health as well as regain their actual health.
-in short, all of these sites emphatically declare to stop ingesting processed carbs!!!
-this includes processed sugars; table sugar, synthetic sugars, & processed foods in general.
-there is a general acknowledgement that comprehensive physiological cleansing is needed to get rid of industrial toxins (mercury, other heavy metals...), that have been stored in fat, blood cells, our colons, liver and etc...for all of our lives...
-they all acknowledge that industrialized folk don't get the proper nutrition or nutritional information and therefore are in a obesity and chronic illness pandemic, underlined with grave malnutrition.
-they acknowledge that what we eat is more of the problem then our tendency to be sedentary.
-they all acknowledge that the low cholesterol, low fat campaign and primary carb diets are a huge mistake, and has greatly contributed to the health problems of industrialized folk.
i shall cite the links and give a brief description of how each perspective impacted me. some of the descriptions are per the website.
this is my current diet...
conventional pork butt from aldies,
canned red sockeye salmon (no struvite particles) by roundy
san pellegrino mineral water
i add boiled tap water to the pork and salmon to make it into like a soup
i had to stop eating the asian style pork bone broth (it added much flavor and nutrients to my diet- i felt the vitality almost immediately) unfortunately, after a little over a month, i began having the fructose/carb intoxication symptoms. i suspected that the pig carried some carbs somewhere, most likely in the bone marrow. hence, if you are like me and absolutely intolerant of fructose/carbs, any type of bone broth may not work for you either.
as restrictive as my diet is, it has kept me alive. i do struggle to maintain my weight. when im not contaminated my lab numbers are generally great with the exception of my folate serum and platelets and a few other essential micro nutrients (which is why i tried the pork bone broth. i have yet to figure out the balance between the fructose/carb intoxication and the folate deficiency.
a suggested diet to try for those of you who want to clean out your systems, loose weight, gain muscle and who are low on funds...but can tolerated carbs, even 5 -10 grams a day or more.
the above diet with the asian style pork bone broth (simmer-boiled for at least 5-7 hours or longer if you like) and spinach or some legumes rich in folate. eat about 40-50% fat (animal fat and olive oil type-omega 3s) and about 40-30% protein, and the rest for the legumes or spinach (your source for folate)
[remember, im not a physcian, im just trying to survive and perhaps some of my experiences may help someone else out there. but as disclaimers goes, you try or implement any of my information at your own risk, and im absolutely not liable to the full extent of the law.]

["My Goal is to Help You Live Your Best Life and Realize Your Potential By Experiencing Optimal Health and Radiant Well-Being!
I work with patients to promote their health and well-being. I bucked the system of symptom suppression – the foundation of our current healthcare system. I went to Duke Medical School and was a resident at University of Chicago’s medical school, and focused my research on asking, “why?”
Why not focus on nutrition to activate the body’s miraculous self-healing system?
Why not add the right minerals and vitamins to aid in the cellular healing process?
Why not focus on the issue that is CAUSING the symptoms and cure those issues, not suppress the problem?
And, why don’t we treat patients as people rather than statistics or “cases” in bed A?
I empower self-care with my patients and the results have been nothing short of miraculous – the way our bodies have been made!
Your health is governed by every aspect of your life-nutrition, environment, intellect, emotion, lifestyle, and spirituality. When you adopt a great attitude, provide your body with sufficient minerals and feed it with SELF LOVE – healing is the result."]

said to be science based nutrition information and is the best site for understanding the different diets that are being proposed as most beneficial.
all of these links are to people who seem to practice what they preach. many of these people are just regular folk who got tired of being sick and dependent of the corruption of conventional food stuff and medical service for profit systems.
i love the spunk of this website, it emphasizes local fresh whole foods, and as the title implies, snubs a finger at convention with regards to food like stuff. it's limitations would be for urban dwellers with only conventional food like stuff, stores locally accessible.
melissa hartwig & dallas hartwig
this is a prescribe regiment, well thought through and seemingly used by people around the world
full of vibrant and beneficial information, he has emphatically embraced "eat fat and loose weight" he clearly debunks the myth the animal fat causes weight gain...again, someone who has stated his own health issues prompted him to question conventional food like stuff and the medical services for profit systems...
dr tim o shea
is a chiropractor by profession, who has flourished into a integrative-functional-holistic guru of sorts. his chapter on the sweet poison; sugar, is what got me hooked. the limitations of his approach are his regiment is very expensive, more than $700.00 per 60 days of his personally designed supplements and he is a bit on edge with doubters/skeptics. i emailed him with a bit of skepticism about his "1 size fits all" prescribed regiment that can cure just about everything", and basically, he fired back with saying he doesn't have time for folk who aren't serious... i understood and don't that against him.he is a man of passion and i think he really does understand what is at stake. he has been attack at least by 1 website listing him as just another "quack chiropractor who does not believe in vaccination" . these astounding chapters deal with immunization and vaccination. dr o'shea, most effectively explains the difference; per "vaccination is not immunization" the website chapter and book are a must read.
dr josdeph mercola
even through the internet, jospeh mercola seems very personal to me. he responded by email, himself when i contacted him about my personal health issues. he seems to have a vast web store and i really appreciated how he shares his own process of enlightenment into holistic health practices.
dr andrew weil
is the author of "8 weeks to optimum health" and i believe was the first conventional dr who i knew of (per oprah) that became well known. he is a whole food-supplement advocate. he is known for his high quality vitamin supplements.
cites many articles underlining the science behind eating healthy and refuting long held myths/lies perpetrated my the fda, food industrialist, conventional medical services for profit promoters and the government.
"Mark (hyman-see above) and I discuss the failures of conventional medicine, research that supports functional medicine and discovering the underlying roots of illness, and what the future holds for the delivery of care."
is basically a calorie counting, what's the nutritional value of your food website...it's still is based on the conventional notion that you have to count calories, which is not supported by the other links but you do get to see some useful information as to the amount of fat, protein, carbs are in what you eat. thus i placed this site last...

"The Trouble with Root Canals
Each of your teeth is a vital – that is, living - organ. Like your liver, lungs, kidneys and other organs, teeth sometimes become diseased and fail. In that case, a dentist may recommend root canal treatment, which starts with removing the dentinal pulpal complex – the tooth’s “guts,” so to speak, rich in nerves, blood vessels and delicate connective tissue. After cleaning the chamber, the dentist fills it with a rubbery putty called “gutta percha” and cement sealant – materials that often contain some very toxic elements, such as heavy metals and formaldehyde – and caps the remaining tooth structure with a restoration.
Establishment dentists call this "saving" the tooth, which is odd since, by definition, a root canal tooth is a dead tooth. All the living stuff – what once kept it alive – is gone. But this doesn't mean that nothing is happening inside. The absence of the pulp has major consequences..."
"In the 1900s, Dr. Weston A. Price did extensive research on the link between oral health and physical diseases. He was one of the major nutritional pioneers of all time, and his research is just as relevant today as it was back then.
He discovered that native tribes that still ate their traditional diet had nearly perfect teeth and were almost 100 percent free of tooth decay. Certain diseases were also nearly unheard of, such as chronic diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, joints, and skin – the types of diseases currently plaguing our society.
Once these tribal populations were introduced to sugar and white flour, their health, and their perfect teeth, rapidly deteriorated."
"Unfortunately, conventional dentistry has generally only evaluated materials to be used for their mechanical characteristics, in large part ignoring the impact that particular material might have on the rest of your body.
Case in point: silver fillings, which are 50 percent mercury, an extremely potent neurotoxin, have been used for over 150 years. Likewise, the fact that various metals have been used for years to fashion tooth implants is by no means an indication of safety.
We are currently fighting to have mercury fillings banned completely in the U.S., as it has been in some other European countries, and hope to be able to get this toxic material off the market in the near future. Until then, it's up to you to refuse them, or find a dentist who has switched to safer alternatives.
My own struggles with my teeth led me to learn about it in the mid 1990s and embrace biological dentistry, also known as holistic or environmental dentistry.
His classic book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration details his fascinating findings and is well worth reading."
